Many Australians and British companies recruit professionals from India. We assist them by representing a work permit application for the selected candidate. Potential candidates for such positions are individuals with professional or technical qualification.
Many companies who wish not to get involved in immigration formalities prefer to recruit candidates who have before hand secured work permit independently and are ready to join them upon a job offer. In such instances, we represent an independent work permit application for the potential candidate. Upon approval, the overseas candidate is able to relocate and join the overseas company. |

The UK Work Permit programme is managed by WORK PERMITS (UK) which is a part of the Immigration & Nationality Directorate (IND).
The Australian immigration programme is managed by The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
Both United Kingdom and Australia have structured their independent work permit visa on a point-based programme. A notably similar criterion considered by these two countries is the AGE factor wherein more points are awarded to younger candidates. However, these schemes have been carefully balanced and senior candidates are able to gain additional points under experience & income criteria. Both countries require evidence of fluency in English Language.
The essence of Australia's skilled independent visa is the skilled occupation list whereas United Kingdom offers opportunity to individuals irrespective of their occupation. Graduates in the high-income segment may qualify for the UK Independent Work Permit programme.
To ensure that the programme is not abused in any manner, these visa applications are generally very comprehensive and require disclosure of a series of information about the primary applicant as well as dependents.
